We just explored one of the roads and we came to exactly opposite to Dukes Nose. No one was here and we could get some peaceful time and absorbed these beautiful views from across. We also saw a train in the distant and it looked just amazing and dangerous at the same time! We also could see the new tunnels being built - this should cut down the time travel by another 20-25 minutes. But we are still on scenic routes for now and enjoying them 😍

One of best place in Maharashtra with beautiful views. This place offers lot of activities such as hiking, trekking, rappelling, valley crossing, etc. The top of the mountain is flat which enables the people to walk on it and capture some of the most insane shots. The view from the top is amazing and provides a lot of scenic beauty especially with the clouds coming onto the Duke's Nose. Nature's beauty at its best during the monsoon season. You see streaks of waterfalls flowing between the various hills in several places during monsoon. While walking down take adequate caution as you tend to slip on the trail.

Trek difficulty level - Beginner Best time to visit - Monsoon and Winter Time required to reach the top - 1 hr 30 Minutes My Experience - We visited this gem near Lonavala that offers breathtaking nature views, with the advantage of being less crowded. This spot becomes even more magical during the monsoon and winter seasons, providing the perfect opportunity to capture mesmerizing photographs with nature. One of my fondest memories at this place was celebrating my birthday while being completely engulfed by mist from all directions, making the experience even more unforgettable.

Such a mind blowing and peaceful place, it's one of the best place for trekking and nature views in Lonavala. less crowded, You can feel your soul when you feel the cool morning breeze on your skin. Great place to be. The mountain peaks arr eye pleasuring.

It is a best place to visit near lonavala where no longer treking is required. Family also can visit there easily. Put location of Nagphani temple and start treking from there and you can reach destination after 20mins of easy trek. In monsoon the beauty is at peak. And the view from there is just like heaven.

Good experience for trekking. It is the most prominent rock structure that overhangs from the valley to the right when we drive up to Lonavala. The trek starts from Khandala and heads steeply upwards to hit the plateau. Right on the top of the Duke's Nose is a small temple. An interesting trek and breathtaking view! This trek in monsoon is trekkers delight short and simple. Definitely recommended for breathtaking views and Shiva's temple on the top! We cooked our own Maggi at the top by litting fire with sticks at the centre and it was best till date.
